    Appointment Page

    This is where you can view and manage all appointments.

    • Add New Appointment – Create a new appointment.
    • View Appointments – Browse existing appointments and switch between calendar views (day, week, or month) or list view.
    • Search Appointment – Quickly find a specific appointment by entering the client name, phone or email

    Bookable People and Places

    This is where you can manage the staff, rooms, or resources your clients can book with.

    • Add Bookable – Create a new person or place. You can also assign them to a category for better organization.
      • You can add multiple email addresses by separating them with commas (e.g. john@example.com, jane@example.com).
      • If the bookable has an email address, you can invite them to create their own account so they can log in and view their schedule.
    • Edit Bookable – Update details such as name, category, or contact information.
    • Delete Bookable – Remove a person or place that’s no longer available for booking.

    Examples:

    For a salon, each stylist would be a bookable.

    For a coworking space, each meeting room could be a bookable.

    For a clinic, each doctor might be a bookable.


    Appointment Types

    This is where you manage the services your business offers. For example, “Consultation”, “Haircut”, or “Training Session”.

    • Add Appointment Type – Create a new service by entering its name, duration and price. You can change the price currency on Settings > Business tab.
    • Edit Appointment Type – Update the details of an existing service, such as its name, duration or price.
    • Delete Appointment Type – Remove services you no longer offer.

    Tip: Use clear, simple names for your services so clients can easily recognize what they’re booking.


    Clients

    This is your client database, where you can store and manage customer details in one place. Here you can:

    • Add Client – Save new customer details such as name, email, phone and notes about them.
    • Edit Client – Update client information if something changes.
    • View Client Appointments – See a client’s booking history, including what they booked and when.
    • Delete Client – Remove a client profile.
    • Search Client – Quickly find a client by name or other details.

    Send Appointment Invitation

    Send an email invite to your client/s so they can book an appointment with your business. This is a quick way to guide clients into booking without requiring them to browse your entire booking portal.

    • Click Appointment Invitation
    • Enter the client/s you want to invite
    • (Optional) Select a specific date or date range and let your client choose a time slot.
    • Or, leave the date blank and allow your client to pick their preferred date and time.
    • Send the email invite

    Tip: Keeping client information up to date makes creating appointments for returning clients much faster.


    Group Signup

    Invite a group of clients to sign up for shared appointments. Clients receive an email invite and can choose from available sessions with limited slots.

    • Add New Group - Create and save a group of clients who will receive the signup invitation email.
    • Create Group Signup - Set up an appointment with multiple sessions where several clients can join. You can add time slots, set participant limits and let clients choose their preferred session.

    Examples:

    Yoga Class: Two 60-minute sessions at 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM, with up to 10 participants per session

    Tennis Drill: Three 45-minute sessions at 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM, with 2 participants per session.

    Tip: Make sure clients have an email address saved before adding them to a group so they can receive the signup invite.


    Settings

    The Settings section is where you can customize how Brisk Appointment works for your business. From here, you can set up your business details, control how appointments appear, and personalize the look and feel of the app to match your preferences.
    In Settings, you can:

    • Appointment – Decide how appointments look on your calendar, set required booking details, and choose what email notifications are sent to clients and staff.
    • Account – Update your personal information, change your password, or delete your account.
    • Business – Enter your business name, contact info, timezone, country and currency.
    • Online Booking / Portal – Turn on your booking portal so clients can book online. You can also customize how the page looks.
    • Weekly Schedule – Add your opening hours and availability.
    • Holidays – Block off special days (like holidays or company events) so clients can’t book those dates.
    • Email Templates – Personalize the emails your clients receive: confirmations, reminders, cancellations and more.
    • SMS Templates (subscribers only) – Customize text messages that get sent to clients.
    • Appointment Status – Create custom statuses and choose a default status for new appointments.
    • Users – Invite team members to join your account so everyone can see their schedules.
      • Staff – Can view their own appointments. With the right permissions, they may also see others’ appointments or edit their own.
      • Manager – Can see everything and manage most features, but can’t change business details, add/edit users, or update subscription settings.
      • Admin – Has full access to all appointments and settings.
      • Example: If you run a clinic, each doctor might be added as Staff, while your office assistant could be a Manager to help oversee the calendar.
    • Subscriptions – View your current subscription plan and explore other options if you’d like to upgrade.
    • Labels – Customize the labels used for bookable people and places, appointment types, clients and notes, so the wording fits your business best.
